You will find Pat Patterson at Lucky 7 tattoos in West Palm Beach, FL. He is in partnership there with Trevor Wilson who he apprenticed with in 2005 – 06. Pat has always loved tattoos, he remembers back in his childhood sticking fake tattoos on himself,” secretly I still stick on fake tattoos with my nieces”. Even though he loved tattoos and being tattooed, he never intended to become a tattoo artist. While being tattooed by Trevor Wilson he asked for some pointers on his drawings, when Trevor replied “why don’t I just show you how to tattoo”.
Pat his favorite tattoo art style is New school, mainly working with color but he does enjoy doing black and grey tattoos also. He doesn’t have a favorite tattoo of work he has done as he is always incorporating something new into each of his artworks. He primarily uses work horse irons for his machines, but mixes it up with 2 brands of ink, intenze and eternal. “If i got one of the sweet sponsorships id choose a side…” Awards he has one so far have been a 1st place and 3rd place sleeve, best traditional – for a koi fish, and a best stomach piece. “I don’t really care about the awards, I care more about what the people I look up to think and that my customer is a happy camper” Some of the artists Pat is inspired by and look up to are Timmy. B, Gunnar, Jeff Ensminger, Jimi Litwalk, Tony. C, and Cappo. You will see some of his art on Dallas from Maylene and the sons of disaster and on a few of the guys from Greely Estates. There is no one in specific he would like to tattoo, just anyone that wants to let them put his art on them. So head on into Lucky 7 tattoos and let Pat Patterson put his art on you!!
